KickParty Acceptable Use Policy

When using our Services, all users in the United States and contributors contributing to a KickParty page that was started in the United States must adhere to this Acceptable Use Policy.

While we make it easy to collect funds for parties and events, we cannot allow a KickParty page for the following:

  • Illegal or very likely to be illegal activities
  • Regulated activities
  • Pornography or any sexually-related services such as prostitution, escorts, pay-per view, adult live chat features (i.e. Pages related to the purchase of pornography or sexually-related services)
  • Gambling (i.e. don’t set up a group gambling pool)
  • Transactions prohibited by banks processing these transactions or the relevant payments associations

You also agree that you will not use the Sell Something service in connection with the sale of the following types of goods, products or services:

  • Equity transactions (i.e. equity crowdfunding) or lending (i.e. peer-to-peer lending)
  • Tobacco products, including e-cigarettes (i.e. selling tobacco products on Sell Something)
  • Prescription drugs
  • Drugs or other controlled substances and related paraphernalia
  • Firearms
  • Products/services intended to inflict or promote revenge
  • Weapons (including but not limited to crossbows, projectile weapons) and knives
  • Satellite and Cable TV descramblers
  • Government IDs and licenses including replicas and novelty items
  • Extended warranties
  • Non-licensed counseling centers (e.g. unlicensed debt and financial counseling or substance abuse counseling)
  • Lotteries or gambling
  • Prepaid debit cards or other stored value cards
  • Multi-level marketing, pyramid selling or ponzi schemes, matrix programs or other “get rich quick” schemes or high yield investment programs
  • Goods or services that infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party included but not limited to illegal downloads, counterfeit goods, etc.
  • Materials which incites violence, hatred or racism or which are obscene
  • Spiritual services offering astrology, potions and magic or other similar businesses, such as fortune telling or dream interpretation
  • Goods or services that promote, encourage or facilitate illegal activities (e.g. Essay writing services; sale of empty game cartridges; Companies offering leads, lists of emails/phone numbers
  • Jamming equipment (cell jammers)
  • Traffic devices (e.g. license plate covers, radar jammers)
  • Massage parlors
  • Items incorporating proprietary rights (included but not limited to any Intellectual Property Rights) belonging to third parties without full permission
  • Matrimonial services (e.g. mail-order brides)
  • One-time raffle for substantial prizes such as a Car, Yacht or House
  • “Buying fans” and related business models
  • Timeshares or property reservations (Off and On Plan)
  • The sale, promotion, distribution or marketing of any of the following: products with unapproved efficacy (e.g. slimming pills and body enhancers)
  • Pornography or sexual services
  • Harassment, and other forms of abuse, humiliation and intimidation
  • File hosting and sharing services, (including any resellers)
  • Human parts
  • Hacking or cracking tools
  • Illegal/Stolen goods
  • Any merchant selling goods or services deemed by KickParty to lack value or quality, thereby increasing the probability of customer dissatisfaction and chargebacks.
  • Other illegal activities
  • Other regulated activities
